Floor Plan and Furniture

*This service fee is based per room and on scope of work. Bundle three or more spaces and save!
This service delivers so many of the great benefits of our Full Interior Design Service, with the primary difference being that it is more furniture based without the need for robust remodeling drawings. Light construction drawings would include wall molding detail for example. The personal styling and final details are left to you to execute on your own.
What to expect:
Space/Style Plan Phase:

• Project Kickoff Meeting: Review and sign LOA, design fee paid in full.
• Windland Design organizes and conducts A "Trade Day" (if necessary)
• A detailed “Style Concept Presentation” including detailed floor plan(s) drawn to-scale
• A detailed “Style Plan Presentation” articulating the actual furnishings and textiles we recommend for your space(s), Including to-scale drawings and renderings, and a custom color story for the space(s)
• A “Style Board” to assist with the some decor elements to use to complete the space(s)

Procurement & Installment Phase:

• Style Plan Approval: product approval sign off and furnishings payment
• Windland Design will handle, order and procure all furnishings and products on your behalf
• Continuous communication with project updates sent every other Friday sharing progress
• Organized logistics tracking and problem solving including scheduling deliveries and receiving products as they arrive
• Schedule install day and ensure your new furnishings and fixtures are placed in your home with “White Glove” delivery according to our specific design plan
