Initial In-home Consultation

EVERY project starts with an in-home consultation intended for us to get to know each other and for us to gather more details about your project.
What to expect:
- We'll meet for 90 minutes to discuss as many spaces as you'd like. It's often best to narrow down to your top 3 spaces, but often we'll have time to walk through more if you are planning a larger scope of work.
- We'll discuss your desired level of involvement which also helps us determine the best level of service we can provide for your project. We'll also take notes and a few preliminary photos for our follow up assessment and recommendations.
- We'll explain our design process to ensure our approach is a good fit in order for you to experience the magic a good designer can perform.
- After our session, Windland Design will prepare a detailed proposal tailored to your project and scope of work. We’ll outline our design fee, minimum investment, project management service and process. You'll receive this approximately one week following our meeting. We'll connect with you to schedule a review so we can answer any questions you may have and conclude a project start date.
The purchase of the above consultation service is required to schedule a spot on our project calendar. Travel fees may apply based on project location.
